Scope and Contents of the Records This collection contains 18 letters and 5 of the envelopes in which the letters were sent. Some are photocopies and some are original letters. Nine of the letters are from Robert R. Webb to his wife Elisabeth A. Webb dating from September 15, 1861 to May 15, 1862.
