The first was issued by Maynard Jackson, former Mayor of Atlanta, proclaiming that June 21-27, 1993 was "Lesbian and Gay Pride/Human Rights Week" in the City of Atlanta. The second was issued by Mary Davis, member of the Atlanta City Council, also proclaiming that June 21-27, 1993 was "Lesbian and Gay Pride Week" in Atlanta.
