This collection contains photographs of Atlanta's Woman of the Year awardees, sponsors, and committee chairs for each year. Of particular note is a photograph of Atlanta's Woman of the Year founder, Charles H. Jagels, in 1943, as well as photographs of Mayors William B. Hartsfield (1890-1971) and Ivan Allen Jr. (1911-2003) with Woman of the Year awardees. Among the hundreds of women selected for Woman of the Year, notable awardees include Leila Denmark (1898-2012) in 1953, Ruth Blair (1889-1974) in 1955, Dorothy Alexander (1904-1986) in 1947, and Lousie Allen (1917-2008).
