This collection contains four albums containing photographs related to Dorothy Vogel's life. Images include family, friends, school trips, stylized portraits, and travel destinations such as the Grand Canyon; Yellowstone National Park; Oregon; Miami; New York; and Ontario, Canada. Also included are photographs of Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) and United Service Organization (USO) events, dances, and women's basketball, as well as summer camps such as Camp Highland in Plum Lake, Wisconsin; Camp Lenore in Hinsdale, Massachusetts; Camp Quinibeck in Vermont; and Camp Watchaug in Charlestown, Rhode Island.

The albums also feature Dorothy Vogel's daughter, Barbara Vogel, as a teenager and young adult. Of special note is a photograph of Charlene McLemore wearing a wedding dress, probably from her first marriage, and two photographs of Dorothy Vogel (labeled as "the groom") with an unidentified woman in a wedding dress (labeled as "the bride").
