Scope and Contents

This series consists of exterior and interior images of Coca-Cola bottling plants throughout Georgia and delivery vehicles used by the company. Included are images of three separate facilities on Edgewood Avenue, and plants on Auburn Avenue, and Spring Street in Atlanta. Also included are satellite bottling plants in Conyers, Thomaston, and Gainesville, GA, along with a premix plant in Marietta. Photographs of the interiors of these plants include images of machinery, production lines, and employees, both black and white. Vehicles include horse-drawn carriages from the early 20th Century to delivery trucks used in the 1940’s.
