Administrative/Biographical History

A broadside proclamation about a suit of Floyd Bellah, a black man. Mr. Bellah was represented by Col. William Lowndes Calhoun, a former Confederate soldier and lawyer who served as Mayor of Atlanta in 1879 and was the Judge of Court of Ordinary of Fulton County 1881-1897.
