Administrative/Biographical History
George Walter Rowbotham was co-owner of Southern Belting Company of Atlanta, Georgia. He received many appointments, some honorable, over the years such as Commander of the Louisiana Naval Militia, Commander of the Eighth Naval District U. S. Naval Reserve Force, and Admiral of the Georgia Navy.
