The scrapbook contains information regarding dances, parties, debutantes, fraternities, Washington Seminary, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Emory University, all in Atlanta, Georgia.

Elizabeth Kimbell, daughter of Earl Kimbell and Elizabeth Davis, grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and kept a scrapbook of her many activities. Kimbell was a social young woman, attending many dances and fraternity functions. She was a student at Washington Seminary and a member of Pi Pi Sorority. After marrying Lewey Caldwell Perry on December 19, 1931, she moved to Chicago, Illinois.
