These papers consist of business papers of Jack Adair, the Adair Realty Company, and real estate in Atlanta. Papers include newspaper clippings, correspondence, various business papers including contracts, bonds, deeds, notes,etc., roster of the Peachtree Golf Club, maps, a scrapbook, and Civil War memorabilia.

Administrative/Biographical History
The Adair Realty Company was founded by George W. Adair. It was taken over by George and Forrest Adair. Jack Adair took on the family business later. Jack Adair was elected president of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce in 1959 and received citations from the Atlanta Real Estate Board. Perry Adair played professional golf in 1923 with Bobby Jones. Aditional historical information about the Adair Realty Company has not been determined.
