Scope and Contents From the Series: Series II contains images of outreach events and campaigns sponsored by the WCC and its committees. The collection also includes submissions to photo contests sponsored by the WCC, including the Atlanta Beautiful contest, where Atlantans submitted photographs of littered areas in downtown Atlanta for cash prizes.
