Howard W. Newman speech "The North Georgia Cracker as a Citizen and Farmer"

Scope and Content The collection contains a handwritten version and a typed copy of a speech titled "The North Georgia Cracker as a Citizen and Farmer," which Howard W. Newman presented at a meeting of the Georgia State Agricultural Society in Waycross, Georgia, in 1888.
