Bill Wilson photographs
This collection is comprised of original negatives, copy prints, and copy negatives created by Bill Wilson and other artists and photographers, whose works were collected by Wilson. The collection offers important documentation on a wide variety of personalities, events, and geographic locations both in Atlanta and throughout Georgia. Most of the material is captured on acetate film and color transparencies.
Billy Jones papers
This collection contains magazine and news clippings collected by Mr. Jones that relate to Atlanta's gay clubs, performers, and members of the LGBTQ community. Some clippings more directly reflect Jones's participation in the community, including his judging of drag pageants. The collection also contains correspondence, personal documents, and travel brochures created and collected by Jones.

Board of Managers minutes
This collection contains the minutes of two meetings of this unidentified group, appearing to be May and June of 1924. One set of minutes are signed by a Mrs. Harris (or Mrs. Harrison?). The minutes in part discuss the Community Chest and placing two girls with the Monroe School.

This collection contains information about Land Lot 113, 17th District when it was purchased by Bonneau Ansley and Mrs. Florence Bryan Ansley in 1938. Included are an Abstract of Title, a Security Deed, and a Survey of Property.
Boutwell Hudgins's oral history and written account of the Great Atlanta Fire of 1917
This collection contains an oral history recording of Boutwell Hudgins's recollection of the 1917 Great Fire of Atlanta, which he survived while he was a student at the Atlanta Technological High School. There is also a handwritten account of the event that he wrote as well as copy written by his daughter, Leckey.

Boxwood House photographs
This collection contains color and black and white photographic prints of the Boxwood House. Images include a set of twelve photographic prints by Reeves Studios, featuring views of the house exteriors and gardens from the 1930s. The collection also contains a photo album with a reprinted excerpt from The Garden History of Georgia, 1733-1933; reprints of historic photographs of the home; and color photographs of the gardens and interiors from the 1990s.
