Scope and Content This collection contains correspondence, clippings, financial records, and programs that provide a history of the festival. Additional material provides details of events, performances, and pageant contests. Of special interest is a scrapbook providing images of parade floats and participants.
Scope and Content This collection contains photographs and a drawing relating to Joseph E. Brown Connally. Included are nine photographs of Joseph Brown Connally and unidentified family members; a drawing of the S.S. Westernland; and five images of Connally's funeral on August 29, 1920. Of special note are two photographs of a post-World War I parade of Georgia troops marching down Peachtree Street and 2 images of Captain Connally in Nice, France, after the Armistice.
