Scope and Contents of the Records This collection contains a transcript of the comments of four doctors who served as student doctors under Dr. Charles Holloway at Grady Hospital. These four witnessed the fire and assisted patients both at the scene and in the emergency room. The first doctor interviewed was unnamed and arrived at the hospital emergency room at four in the morning. The guest register book, titled "Information Book & Transient Guests Index," is arranged alphabetically by the last name of the guest and includes room number, arrival date, departure date, and account number. The time books include the names of the employees, days worked and absent, total time worked in days, advances and deductions, and balance due.
