This collection contains correspondence, genealogical material, memorabilia, poetry, essays, and deeds to two cemetery plots.
Cherokee Garden Library postcard collection
This collection contains postcards from the Southeastern United States with the majority from Georgia. Images include gardens, landscapes, residences, street scenes, parks, cemeteries, and government buildings. Postcards represent a range of styles and formats with most being in color. Of special interest are gardens, landscapes, and street scenes that document plant materials from the early 20th century.
Colley family papers
This collection contains copies of tombstone transcriptions for members of the Colley family, as well as members of the Daniel, Berry, Hight, and Perry families in the Colley Family Cemetery. Other items include a transcription of Joel Colley's will (written in 1850); typed excerpts from the Newton County deed book; and copies of letters to James G. Bogle and Franklin Garrett in the early 1970's.

Ivy Garden Club photographs
This collection contains photographs that document the social and civic activities of the club. Photographs include unidentified members attending social and civic events, field trips, and garden tours. Of special interest are images of historic homes and an unidentified cemetery in Georgia.
James G. Bogle research papers
This collection contains research materials from James G. Bogle's study of George Hewett Daniel (1817-1964), a Confederate soldier. Materials include correspondence from literary agents as well newspaper clippings of Atlanta funerals. Also included is correspondence from Daniel to his daughters and information on his family's genealogy. Of particular note are manuscript drafts of parts II and III of Bogle's book titled George Hewitt Daniel (1817-1864).
