E. R. Perry Civil War letter

This collection contains a photo copy of a letter written by Union soldier E. R. Perry to his aunt in New Hope, Pennsylvania, on November 23, 1863 from Fort Warren, Boston Harbor, Massachusetts. The letter mentions captured officers from the "rebel ram Atlanta", now prisoners of war.

Edith Henderson visual arts materials
