This collection contains bulletins, pamphlets, and programs that describe the social and civic activities of Louise Hastings. Additional material includes detailed histories and events of The Garden Club of Georgia, Inc. Of special note are handwritten speeches that Hastings gave to regional clubs.

This collection contains two scrapbooks that are primarily comprised of newspaper clippings.
Mu Phi Epsilon scrapbooks
This collection contains two scrapbooks covering the years 1972-1974 and 1980-1983, respectively. A third scrapbook, covering the years 1926-1932, was badly damaged prior to acquisition by smoke and water. Pages containing manuscript materials, programs, photographs, and ephemera were retained in their original condition; some informational content was photocopied and the originals discarded. There is also a 1928 membership directory.
Neighborhood Garden Club records

This collection includes minutes, histories, and yearbooks of the Rose Garden Club, documenting both the Club's social and civic activities. Also included in the collection are numerous scrapbooks which provide a detailed history of the Club's activities including material documenting the civic work with Hillside. Additional material from Club President Mrs. Thomas Howell Scott (1938-1939), adds insight to member's activities and interests.
Rosemary Garden Club photographs
This collection contains images of identified club members attending meetings, programs, and field trips. A large number of photographs were taken at members' homes and include table settings and floral arrangements. Also a part of the collection are images of Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain; Atlanta Botanical Garden; and Oakland Cemetery where members visited on field trips.

Sally Fanny Gleaton papers
This collection contains materials that document Sally Fanny Gleaton's career in women's suffrage advocacy. The bulk of papers are from the National League of Women Voters, which include annual convention pamphlets, financials, rosters, and receipts from hotels. Other items include a scrapbook, newspapers and clippings, a "Votes for Women" banner, greeting cards, and correspondence between Gleaton and other leaders and members of the women's suffrage movement.
Sope Creek Garden Club records
