This collection contains six scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and ephemeral materials. Of particular interest is a copy of the speech by Dorsey to Governor Slaton in response to the motion to dismiss filed in behalf of Leo M. Frank.
Hughs family papers
This collection contains family histories, scrapbooks, clippings, and correspondence about the Hughs family. Of particular note are three manuscripts; Lucile Smith Hughs' “My Pot Pourri of Ninety Years" about the West End area of Atlanta; Albert S. Mead's “Five Hundred Miles A-Foot” chronicling his trip through the North Georgia mountains; and Mother Mary Monica's “Some Family Memories” about Antebellum Atlanta.

This collection contains scrapbooks, yearbooks and minutes which document the club's social and civic activities. Also part of the collection are landscape plans for the Orchard Terrace of the Thornton House project. Several scrapbooks focus on the Iris Garden and Woodland Glen that the club created in Winn Park of the Ansley Park neighborhood.

J. Forsythe Gordy papers
This collection contains newsletters and materials pertaining to the growth and development of the City of Atlanta, Georgia. There are also pamphlets, copies of legislation, and newspaper clippings.
J. M. Alexander & Company documents
This collection contains business documents from the J. M. Alexander & Company hardware store. Materials include structural agreements; purchases made by Julia Touro Alexander; and client orders. Also included in the collection is correspondence from Frank Reagan, the company's treasurer, and company receipts. There is also a ledger of tenants recorded by R. B. Mitchell from the early 1890s. The relation of this document to the J. M. Alexander & Company has not been established.
